Oysters

Oysters really are for lovers -- lovers who want babies, says Michael Voisin, chief executive officer of Motivatit Seafood, a major oyster producer based in Louisiana. Oysters contain the highest amount of soluble zinc of any animal protein, he says, and zinc affects fertility. Americans eat close to a billion shelled pounds of oysters a year, or about $1 billion worth. Voisin sees a small bump in sales around V-Day, but says sales make a bigger move during Lent.
